COVENANT ENVIRONMENTAL SOLUTIONS, LLC

I am an Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) professional and ISO Lead Auditor with over two decades of experience supporting industrial, construction, manufacturing, and public sector organizations. My career has been focused on building practical, compliant, and sustainable safety and environmental management systems that protect people, assets, and the communities in which organizations operate.

As Principal Consultant for Covenant Environmental Solutions LLC and Safety & Health Manager for Quapaw Services Authority, I provide hands-on leadership in safety program development, regulatory compliance, and workforce training. My work emphasizes behavior-based safety, incident prevention, and operational accountability, supported by strong documentation and real-world field application.

I bring extensive experience in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 management systems, including system development, internal auditing, gap assessments, corrective action management, and certification readiness. I have also led HAZWOPER training programs, managed environmental permitting and compliance activities, and supported complex remediation and infrastructure projects.

Previously, I held senior EHS and facilities engineering roles at Nissan North America, where I managed large-scale budgets, reduced workers’ compensation costs, improved EMR performance, and administered ISO-certified management systems across multiple operations. Earlier in my career, I worked as an environmental project manager conducting Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments and remediation oversight.
